Registration
At least one of the authors needs to complete the payment of registration fees before submitting the final camera-ready manuscript. If you have any difficulties and questions about registration, please contact: ieee.icves.2019@gmail.com

IEEE Copyright Form
The authors need to submit the IEEE Copyright Form. Authors are required to transfer the copyright of their accepted papers to IEEE ICVES 2019 uses the electronic Copyright Form (eCF). This has to be submitted via EDAS, therefore, log in to EDAS and authors of accepted papers can submit copyright forms via the © link in the \”My Papers\” tab on EDAS.

Final Manuscript Preparation
Authors are required to submit a final camera-ready manuscript via EDAS. There is a page number limitation to 6 pages as a PDF file in IEEE two column format, that can be extended up to 8, by paying an extra page fee of €100. The maximum file size is 10MB. Please use the templates at manuscript templates for IEEE conference proceedings available from here.
Before creating the final manuscript PDF, proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
All camera-ready submissions MUST be checked for IEEE Xplore compliance before submission. Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site, the conference ID is 47211X.
First-time users should do the following:
- Select the New Users – Click Here link
- Enter 47211X for the Conference ID, along with your email address and a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Only papers, which passed PDF checks by PDF eXpress, can be uploaded to the system as the final camera-ready manuscript.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Please note that IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (i.e. removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented by one of the paper\’s authors at the conference.
Presentation Instructions
The presentations in ICVES2019 technical sessions are oral presentations using the projection equipment provided by the conference venue. The following equipment is ready at each oral session room:
- Projector with a VGA cable (D-sub 15pin connector) and HDMI cables, which is suitable for 4:3 display. Moreover, the presenter can connect to own laptop if needed.
- A computer in Windows 7 with PowerPoint 2013 and Adobe Reader DC.s
The time allocated to each oral presentation will be 10 minutes, followed by 2 minutes question time.
